You won't believe me but I finally dragged my ass to the gym! ^^ Bought my gym-membership-card on Friday evening, and it was registred from Saturday evening. Currently I try three times a week. Sunday morning is lovely empty and they only open at 10 there, so morning is not that early ^^;;;
If you do 10 min warm up on a big or running + work-out (they did make a schedule for you?) + 30 min stamina (again bike or running) it's dead easy to be there for well over an hour ^___^

I went today too, and I tomorrow I'm planning on having a rest day, and then I work a longshift on Thursday and work late on Friday too, so I'm planning on going early saturday morning too! I always wake up early, so that feels like a good plan, and that'll mean I'll be there three times this week... feels good for my first week! ^^ And in the future, maybe in a week or two, I'll extent my work out so they'll last for an hour instead - I don't want to go out too hard in the beginning since I'm in such bad shape! ^^;;; But soon...!!! ^____^V
