 The random list of thoughts helped a couple of hours ago. I know I'm told it's better to focus on the good, to look for the best, to list what's right instead of wrong. Right now, I could care less and I'm saying fuck it, listing what's wrong helps ( Read more... )

Listing bad things can be therapeutic. I guess the downside is when people overuse the therapy and overwhelm themselves with all the bad.

I know telling you that you're worth being around, again and again, won't exactly work. But I'm lacking for a way to show it to you...I suppose...try to focus on all the good things about you? Try to develop your favorites even further.
