Your therapist sounds a lot like the one I recently jettisoned. It seems like she's not listening to you when you say over & over you're not interested in (legal, prescription) drugs. Unless she changes her tune, I think she's wasting both your time and hers. I think that style of 'therapy' is lazy. Drugs are not to be treated like a hard sell product. At least, they shouldn't be.
RE job: How good are these cookies? RE religion: A woman at the post office very huffily returned some Hannukah stamps she bought from the machine. "I just want regular Christmas stamps!" I wanted to remind her that Jesus celebrated Hannukah every year of his Hebrew life, but I certainly wouldn't want to OFFEND any one else's religious beliefs.
1. Yep, that's my sense of it, too. I think it's time to bite a minor financial bullet and get another shrink; this one's not helping me to accomplish what I want to accomplish with this. Perhaps I should seek out an analrapist!
Good letters, especially the one to the church, wtf? I was watching the history channel last night, and caught something about 97-98% of Americans celebrate some form of Christmas. Okay...it is no longer a "christian" holiday folks, it's a secularized thing with gifts and pagan gods...so get over yourselves.
