If you are a fiend for checking your referral logs like I am, you may have noticed that I haven't been visiting your sites as often as I'd like. This is not a commentary on the quality of your work, but rather on the fact that your hosting service is down half the time and the rest of the time

Well, I mean "best" as in "best known, most popular, and without a bunch of intrusive ads", not "best" as in "does not go down half the time, load really slowly, or generally suck".
