Just wanted to share the good news that Himself and I are getting married! We've actually been engaged for about a month now. I've been really busy wedding planning--how bizarre is that?? For the most part, absolutely nothing! Work and family keeping me on my toes and exhausted. I've been hula hooping some, which is a lot of fun, and learning how to downhill ski, which is also fun. But the biggest news is that my family and I are taking a much needed vacation to St. Maarten next week, and it's the only thing keeping me going :)

Yeah, I totally get that! I was so happy to have a snow day from school today so I could get caught up on a few things and I don't have a little boy to take care of as well.

Hula hooping sounds fun! *G* I love your icon, she looks so happy. I was never any good at it, myself, but I'm a big klutz. Tom wanted to teach me to ski on our trip to New Mexico, but I didn't want to try as clumsy as I am. Maybe someday when I have better insurance and don't want to walk down the aisle. ;>) Have you been taking pro lessons? Or just working on it in your spare time?

Ooo that sounds wonderful and the perfect escape from this icky weather! I can't wait to see your pics. Have a wonderful time and relax!

Oh gosh. Breathe! Pick two or three things that you absolutely will not compromise on (I picked the dress, the music, and the dessert reception), and be willing to let other people have their way on everything else (because they will. At great length. Whether you want them to or not). Don't skimp on photography. And have fun!

LOL, breathe is very good advice! I feel like I've been thinking about nothing but wedding for the last month and there's still so much to do.

I'd all ready thought that photography was one of the areas that I was sure I wanted to spend a decent amount on and wasn't going to compromise on. After all, that's all that's left when the day is over. But that's good advice to pick your top prorities! I'll have to think about what they are.

And yes, OMG do other people have opinions! Except for Himself *G* he's pretty opinion free about almost all of it. ;.P

I loved your pics, very fun and fresh and you, btw! How's married life going? Has it beeen a year yet? I can't remember!
