I don't get ABC Family either, because I live in Canada, but they air a lot of ABC Family shows on different channels (which I'm hoping they're going to do with PLL)! Maybe the same would work for you

Whenever I load my friends' page, it goes blank, then it shows the entries with no colour, it takes me a couple times before it loads properly.
