Okay, seriously, I needed to leave about 5 minutes ago and this posted and I was like.. "one minute..." Which I never do. Full review later but so so so so so glad this popped up so quickly and love that Mycroft and Greg really really confronted one another. More later. But EEEEEEE.

Thank you! I don't think Greg's attitude is a concept that Mycroft is going to absorb too quickly. Greg's going to have to work really hard to convince him - pun intended. XD

Thank you so much! It is painful stuff, isn't it? I bummed myself out on these last couple of chapters. But the good part is coming. Be prepared for smutty fluff. Lots of it.

First of all, I am so bowled over that you called one of my stories a classic that I'm grinning like a loon right now. Onto the rest of your comment...I actually had a lot more of them dancing around the issues in earlier drafts, but it felt like it just went around in circles. Which is actually how real fighting tends to go, but it was not so fun to read. And I'm totally guilty of making Greg's love sickeningly, unrealistically perfect. I want Mycroft to have that kind of love so badly, so I gave it to him. ;D I'm so pleased you liked the part about Greg needing to see some weakness in Mycroft. I see Lestrade being a little insecure at times constantly dealing with someone so posh and powerful and precisely perfect. I'm so glad you're enjoying this and that you give such awesomely thoughtful and thought-provoking comments. And the next part moves us out of the angst-zone. My boys need to head back to fluff-land pronto!
