I like to post a screenshot of when the first snowflakes of the season are forecasted for Frederick. No accummulation expected, except maybe a dusting, but at least it will be pretty! And yes, I am excited about snow now, but if it turns out like last year, I'm sure I'll be groaning about it by February and March. But for now, yay

I don't really consider myself living up north, since a lot of my family lives in Massachusetts and they live up north. I like Maryland, though. All 4 seasons are distinct and last about the same amount of time. Summers aren't chilly; they're hot and humid, but probably nothing like Texas summers!

Keep in mind, this is downtown Cleveland, so we get much less snow than the outlying regions (esp. by the lake), but we have wind tunnels from all the tall buildings.
*sigh* I want to stay in and think about writing my paper, not get out in the mess and go to work/Latin review sessions/last lecture of the semester.
Still, I much prefer this to the sumer sun. Just need to keep reminding myself. *g*
