One of my favourite things in the Arthurian legends if the childhood of the Orkney brothers, and your story is a really great read on this topic.
I love the innocence of Aggravaine and how he really feels like a child in your story.
I especially loved this sentence "Agravaine would like to tell him that he is not a snake. That he is quite human, in fact. And he is quite sure e is not poisonous because a week before his cat bite him and did not die of poison." I just want to hug him.
