A part from my disappointment of the use of Badon Hill I liked this episode.
I loved Merlin and Morgan's plotting and I adored Kay. I even liked Guinevere : D (but not Arthur, what can I say? I love to hate him).
Yes, Gawain should be king.

I think it's physically impossible for me to like either Guinevere or Arthur. I record the episodes to watch them later and I literally skip every scene with them, lol. I adore almost every other character, though, so I'm in it for them. Still hoping Mordred will be a character and take over the throne, kukuku...

If Mordred is in the show, he probably won't be a threat unless he grows up rather quickly, like he did in that Merlin movie with Sam Neill. I agree, though, I want him to kill annoying Arthur and be king. :D

*sighs* I'm still waiting for the complete and utter humiliation of Arthur and the disillusionment of his people in him. If that will ever happen. If not, I'll settle for horribly gruesome death instead.

I've finally caught up on all the Camelot I missed (damn you studying)! I've enjoyed all the Igraine/Merlin/Morgan stuff - so dramatic!

I was grinning like a fool at Angry!Kay and Angry!Merlin. It was just so good seeing someone stick it to Arthur for being such a smarmy brat. Angry!Kay was especially good. <3

Badon Hill was a bit of a let down (lol understatment, it looked more like a small brawl than a battle).

I really want Arthur to die. ¬___¬ Soon.

I'm so disappointed with Badon Hill. I was expecting an epic battle with Lucan as a classic celtic warrior who defended with his soldiers the little campsite.
Instead even Lucan was disappointing.
And I couldn't stop thinking about this every time I saw him:
