I am so impressed with how fancy you are now. I don't know what the hell half of what you write about is. That's fancy in my books.

The apple business sounds yummy but why you gotta go screwing up a perfectly good apple business with cherries? And why take something delicious like French Toast and ruin it with disgusting custard? (I say things that SOUND yucky ARE yucky and 'custard' is not a yummy sounding word.)

I fear you cannot be my personal chef because you will be bored by making boring things for my boring tastes and also hate me for sending everything back. Oh well. I have my Mr. Noodle and don't need a personal chef anyhow.

Now I'm hungry. Damn you Jason! Damn you!

I love the cherries! That's the absolute best part! (Morgan and I love each other to bits but it's true, we do have slightly different tastes in the food department). I am very excited about this recipe. And I liked your use of the phrases "boil it long and hard" (my mind can't help but think it's a tad naughty) and "the last joint of your little finger" and "powie". That's cookbook material right there, mister. I'm going to impress my boyfriend with this little recipe sometime soon when we have brunch. I will give you credit, which won't be hard to hide since my usual dishes basically consist of variations on the salad theme.

Oh, and I think you should do your apprenticeship or whatever in Vancouver FOR SURE so that morgan and I can come and tease you at work.

So glad you fancy ladies like my recipe posts, albeit for different reasons. And I think that in personal chef school there is a unit about How to Cook For Princesses With Boring Tastes. So that's not a problem.

Where do you guys think I should work? Send me the names of some bakeries/pastisseries/sweet and chocolate shops.

In other news, I am no longer saying "femmes" or the clunky, rather silly "feminine-identified queer people" and am saying "fancy ladies" instead. I like it better.
