It's been an hour since I saw it and I can't write about it coherently yet. I'm too angry to be happy and too sad to be angry, I suppose. It was truly the end of an era. I can't believe it's over. Since 2005 Doctor Who and all the new series companions have been an important part of my life. This is such a bittersweet goodbye.

I know! Damn Bernard Cribbins, he and DT were so amazing together. I wish we'd have Wilf as new companion for S5. He kicked ass.

And the scene with "I'd be honored" like yes, he is a mighty Time Lord. He can see the whole of time and space, but he'd be more than happy to die for a man like Wilf. Thank god RTD brought Ten back to who he really is after a brief period of douchebaggery... in the end, Ten was brilliant. Just like when he began. Think about it, he got his last body to save a companion and lost it the same way. Poetic.

Oh shit I'm all teary eyed now...
