HELP! I need to replace this:

I just can't keep living with this busted glass door- it makes my bathroom medicine chest only half operational. NOT ok. the landlord's answer was to put tape on it. I want it replaced, but I haven't pushed things until I can get an estimate on replacing it. Anyone have any leads- I tried google, but can't seem to locate the proper name/ search
