Yay! I did it! I joined in late too so I am glad I got it done. I really think the others put mine to shame. On the otherhand I really haven't made icons in a couple months and this helped push me a little.

haha your set actually made me go back and improve them. I've been leaving my icons as blanks if you know what I mean. I hadn't played with textures in a while because one of my favorite makers said I get texture heavy haha. So I tried to stay away from them for a while. I don't mind blanks cause it helped me improve my basic coloring skills to a whole new level. Sorry I'm rambling but I feel like I can talk to you about iconing Haha

I know what you mean, I also made a couple of icons that didn't like and had to redone them, is so troublesome when you loose your Photoshop's "mojo", lolz
mmm,I don't think most of your icons are texture heavy,you can do beautiful icons with a texture heavy technique and still make them good; I've also received strong criticizes about how "a saturated" my icons are or that "they are way to creative and distracting" U_U well, I still can't change my style, though i'm also working on my simple iconing technique, hohoho 8DD.

oh poo on them for criticizing the creative part of your icons. I adore your icons for that. You don't see your icons out there. Its like you go "That's a laury_kos icon" if you know what I mean.
