Finally after searching since I was laid off in September, this wolf is no longer unemployed ^.^ Friday I got an interview, and was hired on the spot, starting tomorrow. So now everyone is asking what did I get

Being in a full time job that caps your pay will not make you as much as a base pay + commission job

Now if it had been on commission only then I would take the hourly but you have a base pay so that's definitely the better choice as I see it.
The guy that delivers pizza makes more money than I do managing a restaurant because he gets tipped.

And that is why I have 2 side businesses of my own in addition to my 40/hr job :p

what I would do would do (Plan A) for two weeks then if that doesnt work then do plan (B) ^_^! or vise vursa!

Congrats on getting a job hun. :D Go with the standard hourly wage. It will be great just in case stuff doesn't sell so well because of the economy and stuff. Plus, it will make filing your taxes easier with a standard hourly wage. Just saying . . . taxes are a bitch.
