Kahea and I were pretty well-hated by a lot of people at our school our sophomore and junior years. We were loud, were were crazy, and we weren't afraid to just be who we were. Ask Mouse, Carlos. They remember.
One day everyone was walking to the cafeteria in a giant stream of people for an assembly. The two of us decided we didn't want to go, turned around and walked in the opposite direction, against the flow of everyone else. They called us weird, stupid, retarded. And pushing against the crowd with our hands and elbows, we both said "This is how it's always going to be, isn't it?"
