But anyway, not in the forest, not in the mansion, not too near the beaches. Perhaps in a cave, somewhere?

That's really to spur ~certain~ people into action. Otherwise, I'm quite sure some people, Devil Child/Kirihara, would just leave me to die.

Well that helps a little. At least we know he's not on the shoreline; ergo he must be inland somewhere. I think if we go and search the mountain, we'd either find something of use, or maybe see any clearings in the forest we might have missed.

I think I shall also go up to roof and see if anything helpful can be seen from there.
