Yes, yes, yes! Thank you for this! First of all, awesome especially if it's your first fic? I don't believe it, lol. Very nicely worded, I like the storm outside framing it and the lights going out later with that great little moment where she takes his lighter out of the pocket where she knows it is. :) I especially loved that you addressed my major issue with this season which is Quinn falling back into her old patterns. I like that your Quinn not only recognizes that she's doing it, but that she's willing to move past it and do what she wants. With your permission, I would like to insert this Quinn into the canon. :)

This is actually my first Glee fic, but not my first one, period. But, thank you so much! I'm so glad you liked it!

Quinn specifically is something that has really been bothering me with the new episodes. I mean, I keep thinking that it's got to be only a matter of time before something with her happens, because she hasn't really dealt with anything. You know?

You can totally make this canon Quinn! Such a nice compliment, thank you! And, I will probably be posting some shorter things in the next few days/by the weekend, if you're interested...

This is very well-written, especially Quinn's characterization. I love fics having to deal with this aspect of them, but it has just been glazed over on the show.

He nods. “It’s just…hard,” he says, missing the feeling of Quinn’s hand in his and the weight of a baby in his arms.

“I know,” she tells him sincerely, still sniffling. Because she does know. As much as she might try to pretend otherwise, she misses her baby like someone cut a piece of her heart out and, though she didn’t think she would, she really misses Puck.

I really loved this bit.
