School starts tomorrow! XP

So i guess mike's "new" car has a bunch of problems. there's like no turn signal at all, and it bumps around, and brake problems, and other stuff. i don't know. we're gonna get it fixed up this weekend. also professionally detailed. the guy who owned it was a hunter, farmer, woodsman kinda guy.

Mike should be getting a car tonight. we withdrew the cash last night: fifteen one-hundred dollar bills. i don't feel safe haha ( Read more... )

Today i'm here from 8am-3pm instead of 8am-11am. i could have been here from 8am-7pm, but i have to drive mike, plus there's no way i would be here for 11 hours.

There's like some big meeting for all of the "grown-ups" that work here, so i'm "in charge" all day. nobody better pull any crap while i'm the only one here.

I brought in the console cart to the game room. i plugged in all of the power plugs and all of the av plugs. there's a heap of cord in the back. i twist tied as much as i could. the tv has enough ports so we don't need our switcher anymore. i also set up the surround sound. the mess of cords in the middle of the room is covered by a large rug. i ( Read more... )

We added up our bills and subtracted that from what we make and we can afford to stay in our two-bedroom.

We don't have to move to a one-bedroom, since mike's car insurance will be lower once he gets a cheap "new" car and we got rid of cable.

I got my first gardasil [quadrivalent human papillomavirus (types 6, 11, 16, 18) recombinant vaccine] today. it burned at first. now it's a wee bit sore. i get my second shot 10/17. i get my third and final shot 2/17. it protects against cervical cancer and whatever else, but it starts with an std i believe. i'm already safe from it then. oh well.
