Someone left the brisket in the rain,
all the sweet beef juices flowing down.
I don't think that I can take it.
'Cuz it took so long to braise it,
and I'll never have the recipe again.

But you make an interesting point... Could make one in the fire with my dutch oven. You'll be at Manifest yes?

I'm going to try to. I'm moving back to Ohio around that same time so it may be a little rough, but will try.
The prospect of dutch oven brisket makes it an even sweeter deal.
