Women Appreciation Challenge.
Hmmm. A list of women who are made of love. Well.
1. Tara Maclay (Buffy the Vampire Slayer)- because she's a witch, and gay, and beautiful. And she's not a stereotypical hero'. She's sweet and brave in her own right.
2. Addison Montgomery (Grey's Anatomy)- because she has red hair. Also, because she's intelligent and snarky, sarcastic and beautiful as hell. And because she's mostly surrounded by men her age (because the attendings are mostly male, interns are mostly female) she holds her own.
3. Ziva David (NCIS)- because she's an assassin. The only female in a team of males, she's more deadly than any of them. She's a Mossad liason and has managed to deal with everything thrown at her, despite her relative newness. Plus, she's in love with Tony, so she has good taste.
4. Sara Sidle (CSI)- because she has an adorable gap-toothed smile. Again, she's smart and capable. Despite her troubled childhood and her long unrequited crush on her unattainable boss, she's managed to make a name for herself. (And she's kindasortanotreally friends with Hodges)
5. Susan Storm (Fantastic Four)- because she's a superhero. And Jessica Alba. And she's invisible.
6. Bellatrix Lestrange (Harry Potter). Nuf said.
7. Veronica Mars (Veronica Mars)- because she kicks ass. Literally. And she has pretty hair.
8. Janis Ians (Mean Girls)- because she's beautiful, funny and sarcastic. And, yes, the emo thing is really kinda hot on her.
9. Tru Davies (Tru Calling)- because she saves lives in a...original manner. She was thrust into the business and manages to do as best she can with her adorkable sidekicks. She also has an awesome nemisis.
10. Lisa Cuddy (House)- because her funbags really are fun. She's the dean of medicine in a hospital, which really, kinda impressive. And she manages to control House. Somewhat.
