I must say that it never took so long for me to be able to send a reply to a comment. To be honest, I still don't know if I'm ready. You say things that make it so much easier to see that I'm following a path. And you do so with so much ease and elegance Your beautifully lyrical, but absolutely down-to-earth interpretation of my transition from actor to author moved me as very few things in a long time. I thought about it, the wisdom of it, for long stretches of time these last few days. It has brought peace to a part of my mind I didn't have the courage even to approach. O, the power of words! It really is amazing that someone I've never met could have such power over me. You know what a hopeless film buff I am. After reading your gloriously optimistic view of my future, I started hearing what I imagine your voice to be, saying/singing, "Follow the yellow brick road, follow the yellow brick road..."
