The Company = my dream company. I ditched my career to take a terrible entry-level job here a few years ago. As Steinman would say, I should have been home by now. We make video games.

I'm afraid the glass ceiling is, statistically, a proven fact -- especially in male dominated industries like yours. It is *beginning* to diminish ... but it still has a way to go.

Also, FWIW, you do *not* have a gigantic ass ... speaking as an afficianado of that aspect of female anatomy, I have made an exhaustive survey and analysis of the subject, and yours, I'm afraid, just not qualify as *gigantic* -- sorry!

As to whether it is yellow or tatooed ... I'm afraid that I'm not qualified to comment on those points! :-)
