Love how we got the driving Buffy :) I love when that part of her shows up in one way or another in a fic. Jackass playing well, jackass, for almost causing her to collide with his car. Hope he crashed his car further down the street! *shakes fist*

Love the way you describe the lab and the interaction between Buffy and Nick. That she had to be the meek, shy girl when we all know that's not who she is. The moment when she said he didn't have to do that, calling her about the clothes but implying it was definitely ok for him to call her otherwise had me smiling a lot. And Nicks reaction was perfect to that :D

*moves on to the next chapter* :D

My pet peeve is when people make it so Buffy is inept and while I don't think she'd be the best driver at the same time I don't think she'd be the worst. So, I wanted to show a sorta balance. That she can do it but she's no NASCAR driver but she's not the Little Old Lady from Pasadena either. I'm glad that came off and I had to have that annoyed ticked off SUV driver. We'll all ran into them and I'm sure I've been that driver as well. *ducks*

Our Buffy definitely has a lot of layers and they're fun to play with. Using that unsure shy girl not because she's trying to play Stokes but more out of need. I like the whole concept of Buffy dealing with competent officer's, detectives and CSI's, it's something she never had to deal with in Sunnydale. It's fun figuring out how she'd manage it all.

Little flirting was required, especially since this will eventually be a B/D pairing. Have to lay some ground work.

Thanks for the review, means a lot and I love hearing your thoughts! xoxo
