Hello, everyone. I'm Pi-chi, and I'll be bringing you Omi Tsukiyono from the way-old series Weiß Kreuz. Omi is basically the nicest little psycho you'll ever meet. He's 17, looks closer to 13, and acts like he's still trying to figure out whether he's 4 or 40. Also? He's an assassin, so please don't make him too angry.
