Ah, a few corrections!

I rechecked my facts for Anri and it seems that she's 16, not 17. Canon familiar people, weigh in please maybe?

On the flip side, Pandora Hearts' Leo (canon has finally given him a surname: "Baskerville") and Persona 4's Rise has just gotten birthdays, so that makes them 17 and 18 respectively. o/

No worries, I totally understand the feeling there and at least most of those were pretty minor. And I need to stop missing bdays like crazy, though I actually got some of them this time around.

Yeah she's sixteen. They're fifteen at the start of canon and from your canon point a full year or less will have passed.

And random question, as this just came up in an IC conversation between Giles and Ginia, but is there any sort of official census in Luceti?

ICly, nothing like this exists sadly. People have tried to do an IC census before but they don't get much in the way of responses and with how people are always coming, going and getting mallynapped it's hard to get everyone. Plus good luck getting the villains to actually be nice enough to provide it.
