Plotting post part three!
Hey, guys! Just tossing up one last plotting post for the Birth by Sleep player plot that's happening this Friday. For those who might've missed them, please refer to the first and second plotting posts for details. Just beware of spoilers.
Anyway, since the plot's happening so soon, it's important that Zan and I get an idea of who's going to be where and when. We've got a rough idea of some involvement from the cast and the final showdown, which I'll place under the cut. So, without further ado...
This is the info I've gotten so far:
Shortly after Ven and Vanitas forge the χ-blade, Aqua and Terra are going to end up fighting him in the first round with some magical support from Frederic. They're going to end up knocked out for a while, and sometime after the fight ends, Ven's going to wrestle control long enough to leave a warning over the journals.
Now, according to Zan, the second fight is going to be very loose and open to comment spam. It'll start out outside the village and eventually end up inside the village proper. This is the fight that's most open to interaction, especially for characters outside the cast. Anyone's welcome to join in for this fight!
It'll be fairly open ended, although I know Sora's going to engage Venitas at some point to wear him down, and Axel, Roxas, and Xion will probably end up going head to head with him early on. I'll edit with more details once I've gotten confirmation from Emily and Ty!
Lastly, the finale will be handled by Luke, Terra, and Aqua. They'll be the ones to destroy the weapon and defeat Vanitas, though others are free to spectate.
Other than that, though, feel free to use this post to plot. We're mostly checking to see how many people are getting involved and if you have any particular ideas you'd like to toss forward. Characters don't need to know Ven or Vanitas to get involved because Venitas will end up entering the village and doing some temporary damage.
NOTE: The grocery store, clothing store (unmanned), and the fountain will be suffering some damage temporarily. I discussed this with a mod and got the okay. It'll probably be restored super quick, though. Just wanted to clarify!
