The Stats post for September

Last post for reference and the spreadsheetOkay, now that all apps have been processed and have been posted to the taken list at the very least, it's time for the stats post for the August 25th-31st app cycle. For all the new players, basically this is a post I've been doing here to keep tabs on some fun statistics like how many characters we have

Edit: Oh, I was just looking at the spreadsheet and I think it's safe to say that if Kratos' apparent age is 28, Yuan should be around that age too. Maybe a little younger, like 26. Oh, and species also includes Seraph.

Man, I'm just gonna keep on editing at this rate. Uhm... Lambda's apparent age is more like 5 and Gelda's age was 28 upon arrival in Luceti. It's been an Auldrant year by now, though, so she's 29 currently.

(I need to look at the spreadsheet more often.)

Heh, you just want Yuan to end up a special snowflake, don't you? But yeah, put him down as 26 I had him in the same overall age category as Kratos though (probably because he does look similar in age so it was fitting)

And I'll go ahead and add the seraph bit in the general page, but going to leave him as half-elf on the last sheet. Mostly because I like generalizations and Yuan is about the least open about that whole part, but more open about being a half-elf. I like the last page to be more of a common knowledge type of deal, but at times can't quite do that easily because of my lack of knowledge of oh, most of the canons.

And I'll fully admit, Lambda was a bitch to figure out where he belonged, I remember spending a decent amount of time trying to figure out an apparent age and what to call him species wise and the 13 ended up being a very rough guess based off icons (which means most of the time I will fail). But corrected that, and will go edit this post because I also realized another blunder of mine, ugh.

Ffff, the problem with Tales characters is that a lot of them have weird ages. I got Gelda's age from a drama CD, so that was very lucky.

This was all just from me looking at the spreadsheet, really, which had all the Seraphim except Yuan listed as their acual species with "(seraph)" listed behind it. So yeah, that's why I made a remark about it. As far as Yuan's actual opinion on the matter is concerned, he's just a half-elf who's cheating death. XD

I have to admit I'm not sure about Lambda's physical age either. All I can do is compare him to other children characters whose ages are actually known, like Asbel (11) and Hubert (10) in their kid years and then try to compare. He could just as well be 9, but... It's really very difficult to tell.

Oh, and Sonic is now 17. Not too much of a change in the age breakdown, but it's just to keep the statistic and spreadsheet correct. Thanks! ^-^

Yeah, huge improvement in the ratio, which is weird because we gained more men than women, but we also gained at a very close to 1:1 ratio this cycle, so the overall numbers just make it seem better. Math is funny, but I checked that one twice to make sure.

And got Sonic updated, thanks for letting me know because I always seem to miss bday posts.

Wow. I forgot how young Rep was in comparison to Xion. His life. :|b

Also! Xion isn't a Nobody; she's a Replica, aka a clone. If she's not already in the artificial creations category, that's probably where she should go.

Is it obvious I haven't played any KH game past the second now? Yeah, I think she was one of those ones I didn't have a clue with and figured she was a nobody cause she has one of those org XIII coats and they are all nobodys.

And yeah, she's noted as artificial creation, since all nobodies fit there too (created when a heartless is, got the impression creating a heartless isn't exactly something that occurs in nature in their world very often)

Okay, awesome /o/ There are apparently "natural" heartless, but it's all tied up in BBS and I don't even get what the fuck is going on there, so CLOSE ENOUGH. 8|b love this series.

It amazes me how big the FFIV cast is now. I hadn't realized just how much it had grown until looking at that spreadsheet.

Yep, you guys had 10 until Edward dropped, probably the biggest IV cast in any game.
