FUCK YES THIS IS AWESOME. SO UH question... considering that Emil is a summon spirit himself, how would that affect his interactions with these summons? Would they recognize him as one of them, or...?
I dunno... Tenebrae and Aqua at least have detailed enough personalities to be appable characters, so I dunno if it would be okay to have them around. HMM.
With John being in the barracks, I think Bones would have made an attempt to keep the information about him being there under wraps and letting the Justice League guard him or whatever. He doesn't want any hero-types coming in and beating him up even more |D
They're Umineko's standard faceless goons that hunger for flesh and have laser swords. And they trip loser flags.
Well in Mayoi's canon there are folklore spirits called oddities that people can either summon or just get possessed by. I probably won't do this even if it is possible, but I'm just wondering if the spirit of the snail that took her over can return during this event. I'm sorry if this sounds like a weird explanation, the series is so vague with this
Also more questions!
1) Can people NPC a creature if it's from their canon. Not as a separate account, but like in action brackets for example.
2) For the extra death penalties thing, does the standard wait for removal apply?
3) When you say all summoning stuff will go away, does that mean not even those who were taught how to summon their beings into Luceti by Rem can summon them again? Or does that just apply to this event in general.
Oh, sure, why not \o summons, spirits, and demons all will have varying effects on people, otherwise it'll just be a lot of violence. More fun to add different types into the mix.
1) Most definitely yes, since there's no way us mods will be running around playing all the critters. fff.
2) Only for the one chosen as the true death penalty.

Oh, also, like I said. Gelda offered to heal John so that's probably what she did, but I doubt she told anyone about John's whereabouts.

Also, we need Centurions here in Luceti. What say you, Luna?

But technically, spirits like Origin, Celcius and Gnome have pretty distinct personalities too. Wouldn't they be disqualified too?

First Question: Is it possible for Mayoi to be repossessed by her oddity spirit, even though it's technically not a summoned being?
Second Question: At the end of all this will the damage from the quake start fixing itself, or are you keeping that info a secret?
Third Question: Are these beings powercapped as well?
Fourth Question: Is the power cap on the regular characters for that matter still off?

1) I have no idea what you mean |D clarify?
2) IT'S A SECRET but it'll be announced when things get fixed. Until then assume everything is still quake-ified.
3) They are not! Live in fear.
4) It's still off, yep.
