What: The fearless Blue Rogues of Luceti need a flag, don't they?
When: The 25th of December.
Where: House number four.
Summary: Taking advantage of this holiday, Fina decides this will be a perfect opportunity to give Vyse a present. He'll be surprised it's not a poofy, Valuan hat.

Fina wasn't the only one who'd gotten excited about this Christmas thing. Ever since he'd first heard about it, Vyse was looking forward to the 25th of December. There'd been a chance the Malnosso would pick up on all this talk about the holiday and ruin it on purpose, but as the day in question arrived, everything still seemed to be normal in the village.

As a knock echoed through the house, Vyse was the first to reach the door. Already, he had a slight suspicion who their visitor was. It was agreed a few days ago that he and Fina would exchange gifts, after all. As he opened the door, sure enough, he wasn't disappointed. A bright smile appeared on his face.

"Hey, Fina!"

Seeing his bright smile after he opened the door, Fina's nervousness seemed to lessen to some extent. With her cheeks still pink from the winter chill outside, she smiled happily in return, "Hello Vyse."

After her greeting, she blinked and tilted her head curiously to the side in consideration, "Um... or is it 'Merry Christmas'?" she wondered sheepishly and very much out loud.

For a moment, Vyse thought about that. He wasn't really sure, but he'd seen other people exchanging those words already through the journals. Therefore, he could only assume that it was indeed customary.

"I'm pretty sure it's Merry Christmas. So... Merry Christmas to you too," he replied. There might've been a handshake or something like that involved, but considering they were both newcomers to Christmas, nobody would mind if they left that bit out. Right?

Then he noticed just how cold the outside air was and quickly stepped aside so Fina could enter. "Jeez, it's freezing out here..."

Fina had been listening intently while Sora, in a rather enthusiastic manner, explained about Christmas, from the presents, to the vast array of food that seemed to be involved with the holiday. But he left out the bit concerning greetings… the 'Merry Christmas' was just something she had heard today. No, no one would mind if they left the handshake aspect out of it...

"Okay. Um..." She nodded, before trying to recreate the jollity she had already heard today, "Merry Christmas, Vyse!" Eh, good enough for now.

Fina nodded in thanks again and entered the house, shrugging off the hood of her cream-coloured cloak, seeing as it would have been foolish to go outside in this weather with just her Silvite robes.
