As if anyone else would be expected to arrive second to this meeting. Not too long afterwards the silver-haired healer can be seen slipping inside, giving the bar a scrutinizing look over before seeking out Albert's table.

Raine naturally is carrying her notes with her, and has that faint tired expression in her eyes, but it's not anything that she hasn't managed through before. She gives Albert a nod as she takes a seat in the booth, hoping that it wouldn't take the others too long to arrive.

It's now the second time in two days that Yuan has visited Luceti's resident bar. He'd told himself that the place wasn't going to turn into a habit, yet here he is. At least it's not the alcohol that forced him to return. They'd be too busy with their meeting to waste any time on drinks, anyway. Acting like his usual self, he wordlessly joins Raine and Albert at the private table.

Even though he's threatened to visit the bar while Asch was working there, Yuri never actually set foot in the place until that day. He wanted to bring Karol along, but there was still too much to explain and not enough time to do so, so that was out for this meeting.

Regardless, after entering the place, he looked around until he spotted Albert and the others and made his way over. Seeing how silent they all were, he simply nodded at Albert and took a seat in the booth as well. He much rather would've stood during this, but that sort of defeated the purpose of having a private booth, didn't it?

Last, but certainly not least, Vyse arrives on the scene. He's not late, really, rather everyone else is just early. At least, he's assuming that's the case. He's not the kind of guy who'd run late for an important meeting, after all.

Flashing everyone a cheeky grin as he enters, he quickly joins the others at their private booth. They have a lot to discuss, so they'd better get started as quickly as possible.

With everyone available present and accounted for, Albert slides into the booth and silently pulls the private curtain shut. "It's unfortunate that Mark cannot join us, but in his kidnapping we recognize the strength in a council; even with one of us gone, we can continue to plan towards the betterment of our current situation.

"That said, we have much to discuss. I believe the first item on our agenda is an overview of what each group found in the tunnels and beyond. The floor is open."
