[ While Madoka is out in the village, she runs into Yui - except the moment she accidentally bumps into the other girl, she lets out a loud shriek. Thank the horoscopes for that. ("A stranger may mean you harm this week so greet everyone with a blood-curdling shriek.")

After that she quickly tries to recover though, since Yui obviously isn't a stranger so it should be okay, right..? ]

A-- ah, Yui-chan..! I'm sorry!

[Holy crap, Madoka! Why did you suddenly just scream like that!? Yui would be screaming too out of surprise, but nothing comes out. She frowns, and then pulls her notepad and starts writing.

She then shows it to her.]

Are you okay?

I'm.. I-I'm okay, Yui-chan, I'm really, really sorry.. [ yes, she's sort of really apologetic because of all this. ]

It was just that my journal said something really scary to me this morning.. [ .. wait. ] Why are you writing..?

[She tilts her head to one side, concern. And then she starts writing again.]

You saw something too? I don't know what happened, but I haven't been able to speak since yesterday.

Yes, it seems everyone got these strange predictions in their journals.. I first thought it might be some sort of random fortune function the Malnosso made, but it seems it's not really like that, huh..?

... Not being able to speak sounds.. really bad though. [ and it makes her worried. ] Are you okay aside from that, Yui-chan?

[She frowns, shaking her head. Writing something again.]

I guess we have to go through them all at some point this week. And I'm okay, don't worry.

[She smiles, pumping her fist in the air. A-ok Madoka!]

[ At that she tries to smile back too. She's still a little worried, but.. well, Yui seems okay enough with it. ]

I'm glad. My own predictions were a little strange too, actually..

[You got Yui a little curious now. FOREVER WRITING]

What did you get?

[ At that she looks a bit down, since what her journal said.. ]

It said.. I'm not the only one who's disappointed by my constant failures.. [ sob, forever mediocre. ]

[She frowns. FROWNS. Yui just takes Madoka's hand and shakes her head. It is not true!]

[ o-oh, Yui, biffle.. She looks a little bit surprised at that. ]

... Yui-chan.. [ okay, maybe a little grateful too. ] Do you really think so..?

[thederpyhalf]

[A firm nod. Don't listen to anything those stupid horoscope says. You're not a failure to Yui!]

Thank you.. T.. to be honest, it really scared me when I read that, since I was scared that it might be true, you know..?

[She shakes her head and lets go so she can write again.]

No one can tell you, you're a failure until you give up on yourself. As long as you keep trying and do your best, you'll never fail, even if things don't work out in the end.

... Ah.. I guess that's true, Yui-chan.. All I can do is try to keep going and do my best to help out everyone, so I can make them happy..

Something like that would make me happy too, after all.

[A furious nod. Don't let some stupid horoscope tell you otherwise....wish she could say the same about her own voice.]

If you ever start to doubt yourself, you can always count on your big sis for support. I'll come running in a heartbeat.
