The masks he found outside the front door of Cullen House intrigued him. At first, he put them aside. But as the week goes on, the urge to wear them grows stronger.
[Will you meet him wearing the hockey mask? The mask of truth? No mask at all? Specify in your subject line. Also specify which day. If you want me to surprise you, let me know.]

Monday afternoon, however, saw Buffy sitting on her windowsill. Her bare feet dangling out the window and her arms bent upwards so she could hold onto the opened frame with curled fingers. She didn't dare jump outside.
Not yet.

After a morning check-up on Cullen House---and a nervous glance at the higher-than-usual tide---Sparrow finds himself walking back to Seven and fiddling with the mask in his pocket. It has to be magic, doesn't it? Sparrow is not a highly suggestible sort of man, and he can feel that this mask WANTS him to wear it. And that he does not trust at all; however, it seems an innocuous-enough thing. Finally Jack puts it on. Immediately, he sees the wisdom of this decision. It's a comfortable mask. A reassuring mask. And for nearly his whole life he has hidden behind SOME sort of mask, hasn't he? He has to admit that, now. Even Jack Sparrow, Captain, is a mask of a sort.
When he reaches the window that he is so familiar with, he is surprised to see Buffy on her way out. How odd.
"Buffy?"

[On the 23rd, Lindsay finds herself to be the lucky, unaffected one for once. Feel free to find her walking around the village watching the moon, especially after noon. Something about it seemed... weird... She's also a bit confused at all the new activity - and wondering if this is another experiment like she thinks - how often did they happen again?
Or at least until late afternoon, at which point an encounter with Xion will leave her with a Stone Mask, which lasts throughout the next day as well.]
[25th]
[Well, fortunately enough for her the Stone Mask fell off that morning. Unfortunately, she soon found herself wearing a new mask shortly afterwards. A Blast Mask, to be precise. Careful, now.]

She does stop for a moment at a crosswalk. Did she want to try finding someone to hang out with today? Or at least try to talk about all the craziness that's going on... And maybe find out what's up with the different masks everyone's wearing.]

1) She has found and is currently wearing the Blast Mask. Anyone want to startle her and see what happens? She would also make a marvelous target at this point for any of the weirdness of the other masks. Explosions are imminent.
2) Later on, she encounters the Mask of the Red Death. Once that happens, she'll be compelled to wander until her touch has infected enough people. Of course, Terra doesn't let this happen without a fight. She'll do her best to stop herself, but that's not a guarantee it won't happen.
3) The next mask she'll find will be the Couple's Mask. Terra's usual issues with personal space? Gone. If she knows you even a little, expect hugs and cuddles. Or even if she's just met you, now is the time to see her be affectionate.]

And then, one day she woke up and found a mask lying by the side of her bed. A Hockey Mask to be more specific. That certainly didn't belong to her, but she still picked it up with mild curiosity. After looking at it for a while, it seemed harmless enough. So she decided to put it on.
BIG MISTAKE.
Instantly feeling the urge to go to the kitchen, Peach just followed her instinct. Too bad she wasn't going to the kitchen to bake something delicious. She actually went there and snatched the biggest knife she could find from one of the drawers.
Hiding her new-found weapon somewhere in her dress, she casually walked out of the Community House. There was no rush on her step or anything. She was just casually strolling around Luceti.
Just waiting.

But she didn't turn around to look for her stalker. Oh no. She was going to wait for him to make the first move.
No need to rush things now, right?

Oh, honestly--I'm sorry!
[Maybe she should have just stayed inside....]

Find him somewhere either within housing building six, or outside, or anywhere! He's not having the best of luck. If only he could find someone to trade masks with..]

Look at that. Admiral James Norrington---masked. Sparrow never thought he'd see the like of it.
"You put one of those damned things on, then?"

Jack!
[The mask which Norrington is wearing right now is actually rather creepy. Quite apart from covering his face it also muffles his voice and gives it a strange, tinny quality. As for his clothing, it's looking a little dusty. The knees of his usually impeccable jeans are a little grazed, and his hair is a little on the wilder side. To all accounts he looks as though he may have recently slipped and fallen in the dirt. A few times. In a row.]
I did indeed, blasted thing. Thankfully I seem largely unaffected as yet.

[The pirate is a little thrown by the welcoming tones coupled with the horrifying appearance.]
Can't it be removed?
