[While wandering through the park, Roji comes across Seto. The negative air around the boy doesn't surprise him too much, because there's no way anyone isn't worried about the event tomorrow. But still, maybe they can talk about it a bit. For some reason, he thinks talking might help.

So he approaches.]

Hey Seto. [He tries to keep his tone upbeat despite things.]

[Oh....is someone talking to him? It takes him a second to realize that since he's pretty far off in lala land. But when it does register, he turns his head and gives Roji a small smile. Roji was on the list too...wasn't he?]

H-Hey Roji...How are you?

[magicwarding]

I've had better days. [He laughs sheepishly.] It's hard to stay optimistic in times like these.

[presumablyalone]

Y-Yeah, I guess that's true. [But Seto is still trying to force himself to stay positive.] What do you think it'll be like out there?

[magicwarding]

Hmmm, I'm not sure. I've only been on a boat a couple times, but nothing like this. [He rubs the back of his neck, looking a little embarrassed.] I didn't do too well out there. Sea sickness.

[presumablyalone]

Oh I see...[Kinda makes him wonder if he'll be the same] If there's anything I can do to help with your sea sickness, let me know, okay?

[magicwarding]

[He chuckles, trying to make the conversation a little more uplifting.] I will. I'm just hoping it doesn't get in the way too much. Nooot the best time for it.

[presumablyalone]

Not really. [He laughs a little then pauses a moment, biting his lip] Have you ever...fought against people before, Roji?

[magicwarding]

[He nods, expression changing a bit more somber.] Yeah. Quite a few people.

[presumablyalone]

Did you ever have to--kill them? [He doesn't mean to bring up such a rough subject, he's just trying to get opinions on what it's like]

[magicwarding]

Not...directly. [He has to pick his words carefully.] I provided assistance in it though. It's a long story, but basically there was an evil organization that was planning on murdering many people with forbidden magic. They wanted to kill us, and we had to fight back.

[He sighs. He's not proud of it.] You do what you have to in order to survive.

[presumablyalone]

Oh...I see. [If he were Roji he probably wouldn't have been able to even assist in something like that. Hurting people is a big no-no for him]

I'm sorry for talking about this kinda stuff.

It's fine. I don't mind. [He really doesn't. He doesn't feel completely okay with what he's done, because he wishes those organization members could have been saved from their ways. But he knows he and his friends did what they had to do.]
