Summary: Ch’rell decides a walk will help him meet his fellow inhabitants.

Saleh, on the other hand, was thankful that there was "nothing to do" at the moment, after this latest experiment. He'd been busy fighting monsters and helping those who needed it, so he could use the break. He could really use a long vacation at this point.

He spotted Ch'rell and noticed the thoughtful expression as he stared up at the buildings. Saleh looked up himself, trying to see whatever it was that Ch'rell was seeing, but saw nothing.

"Are you looking for something?"

The fighting hadn't bothered Ch'rell at all. It is what he thrived on after all. He glanced up over at the human who spoke to him, and replied casually, "No, I am not. I'm just admiring the layout of this village." That's all. He turned to face the human and offered up a smile, "I have been here a few weeks, yet there is always something new that will surprise me. I quite like that actually."

"Ah." Saleh didn't return the smile, because frankly, he just doesn't smile often.

"I have been here for over a year myself. Even in this length of time, this world never ceases to surprise me."

Ch'rell wasn't that bothered by Saleh's reluctance to smile, if anything that just made him respect the human more. Not that means anything of course. "Half a year is a long time to be away from home." Ch'rell noted, "I pray that I get back home before I am gone so long."
