Summary: Creatures and creations and whatnot from the Battle Dome are appearing all over. This is for the sake of having a mass log available for everyone, so have a free-for-all~

30th Anytime during the day/night

[Alexei didn't find anything strange until he left the Community building 1 today and was suddenly in a mountainous terrain instead of on a street. If this was just an illusion, it certainly felt real enough. And there was...something almost familiar about the terrain.

He starts to explore the new scenery, keeping a look out for any sort of movement. There were large craters scarring the mountainous terrain. A battle had taken place here...why does it feel like he's been here before? At first, he thought he was the only one here, until he spotted some type of machinery moving towards him. Murder machines. These were his own creations back home. Soon as the machines registered his presence they began to fire at him. So they couldn't recognize him. No matter, he drew his blade and took down any of the Murder bots that came into range as he moves away from the area. Fighting them felt like the real thing, until they were destroyed. They would just disappear into bits of data

[Most people seem to have things either well in hand or a plethora of people to assist; this man is alone and facing something that looks ... difficult.

Karai stands on a nearby rooftop, gaze shifting between Alexei and the creature. She doesn't leap to assist just yet; she's run into more than enough things that a head on attack doesn't work too well. So instead, just for a tag few moments, she will watch from above, ready to jump in if needed.]

[It's certainly a creature Alexei has never encountered before and he wasn't sure what to expect. Was it even from his world? Avoiding conflict with it was probably the best option, but the Outbreaker had other plans. It decides to fire a red beam from it's grotesque form at Alexei.

Taken by surprise, Alexei only had a few seconds to avoid the beam. Not taking the time to think about it, he returns fire with his sword. That barely made the thing flinch as it charges right for him. Dammit, guess he better figure out if this thing had a weak spot and fast.]

[...another magical swordsman. They're everywhere in Luceti. But it seems magic has little effect. Unless Alexei has something more powerful up his sleeve, he's going to be in serious trouble.

Well, why not. It's not like Karai is overly attached to her life. This looks like something large enough to vent on, even if she doesn't have any magical power to her name.

Jumping down from on high. Let's see if physical force works any better. She aims a strike to its side while she still has the advantage of surprise.]

[That is one brave and crazy tactic Karai was pulling, least that's what Alexei was thinking. Karai will simply bounce off the creature when she makes contact. It's body had an almost rubbery feel to it and was soaking up damage like a sponge. The creature wailed and swung it's body to try and whack at Karai with it's flipper arm...thing.

Alexei meanwhile, saw the opportunity to get around the creature and try to strike it from the other side. He sends a Raging Ice Fang attack, which sent a row of icicles at the creature from his blade. It seems to have stopped it momentarily.]

[Karai was at least partially prepared for the attack to be ineffective and is already in damage control as she lands, backflipping away from its flipper arm...thing. Well, Alexei had better luck it seems. She can at least act as a distraction, because it seems this...icicle attack...of his is short-lived at best. Let's take this moment to introduce herself.]

{What, that's totally an introduction. Also, she's edging her way around to the front and looking for vulnerable spots.]

[Best introduction.]

It's nothing I have ever seen.

[The creature shakes off the icicles and sends a sonic wave attack, spreading all around it and forcing its enemies back off.]

[She wasn't expecting that, wincing a little as her ears ring. Knockback attacks are annoying to say the least.

...dammit, it doesn't even have eyes she can gouge out. Not that she can see.]

I have no magics I can bring to this fight. [Let's state this bluntly. She has a feeling hitting it with a sword is going to be just as effective as it was to hit a giant dragon] If you have any ideas, I can at least cause a distraction.

Heh. We need to figure out what is actually effective on this thing first.

[It does have a core somewhat visible beneath that blobbiness...]

I might have something. [The Outbreaker swings around, trying to whack Alexei with its tail as he backs off] Are you sure you can manage holding it off for a moment?

Of course.

[She might not be able to cause a lot of damage, but Karai can certainly annoy it-- and has the reflexes to stop herself getting hurt. What a pity she has no attack that could pierce all the way into its core. ...well, not without burrowing in herself, and she's not suicidal. :|

So you know, we're going to use our kusarigama to whap that thing on its "nose" like a chastened puppy. B| C'mere, jerk.]

[Ow, that actually stung as the Outbreaker backs off from the attack.

Alexei moves slightly back and prepares to cast another spell.]

Be ready to go for that core! You'll know when! [The Outbreaker wails and starts "swimming" along in the air to try and ram itself into Karai.]

[And Karai ...backflips herself onto the nearest roof to escape the ram attempt. She's a ninja, she can do that. :| The building shudders as the creature slams into it, and she wavers on the edge for a moment, then rights her balance and runs three steps along lightly, coming down behind it and reaching out to strike it with the chain again.]

[And that feels like a painful whip as it wails from being hit. Ok, now it is seriously pissed. It turns trying to whack Karai with it's tail and then fires another LASER BEAM at her.

Alexei moves to one side as it was in its firing range. He should be ready come next comment |D]

[The tail is easily dodged, but...all this and lasers too? Admittedly she wasn't expecting that, and has barely enough time to try hurling herself to one side; the laser catches her on the shoulder and she winces, but the injury isn't too bad. Better than the alternative.

Given she now has its full attention and its attacks are more deadly than she'd assumed at first, Karai switches to full defensive, darting a quick glance at Alexei to see how he's going.]

[Better watch ahead of her. A glyph appears beneath the creature and then above it. The pressure in the air became heavy. Then a massive sword appears in the sky, charged with electricity.

It dives, directly stabbing right into the beast. It lets out a horrible wailing sound as it crashes onto the ground. It was grounded as long as that sword stayed in it. This left the core inside wide open for attack, which was somehow still intact and somehow, it was capable of moving inside the creature. It certainly wasn't sitting in the center of the beast anymore and more near it's mouth. ]

[Open for attack, you say? Karai leaps much the same way she did the first time-- only this time she's going for a specific target, drawing her other sword and cleaving down with both of them.]
