[The newly-social Robert has been actually doing something akin to "hanging out" - that is, he's searching for his friends in Luceti and attempting to spend time with them because this is now suddenly a wonderful idea.
He spots the cowering Daisy somewhere outside of the Battle Dome, and immediately realizes just how afraid she is - which is something he never would have been able to do before. But he doesn't even realize this fact - yet.
Instead, he closes the distance between himself and Daisy, concerned for his friend.]
Hey, Daisy... what's wrong? Can I help you? [The concern on his face is actually... well, it doesn't look awkward and stilted as it usually does. And that vernacular shift? Well, it's a little obvious.]
Strange? [Robert cocks his head a bit. He hasn't seen or felt strange at all, nope. Just got rid of that pesky autism.]
Well, if you need help, I'm happy to provide it. Do you want to go inside or something, maybe? [He offers his hand smoothly, like this is something he does on a regular basis, and smiles reassuringly.] Come on, I'm sure everything'll be okay. We have lots of friends, right? They'll help us out!
[Social interaction is the solution to all of life's problems.]
[Normally Robert would be cringing and freaking out at this sudden grasp of his hand. But nope, Robert is very happy with this situation right now.
... She looks adorable all squished up like that, but Robert would rather Daisy not constantly panic. He keeps his tone jovial and reassuring.]
"The girls"? Do you mean some friends of yours? I bet we'll find them if we look around - they can't be too far, right? Or I could always call 'em on the journals, if you'd rather. [He kind of wants to hug her, but in her timid state, he isn't sure if that's a good idea. He can actually tell it would probably make her even more nervous.]
[So far, he is resisting it fairly well, though he is cradling her hand in his fingers almost affectionately.]
Hey, I know three out of the four! That's not too shabby, actually... [Man, he needs to meet more girls so he can be even more of a social butterfly.
Daisy's hands going to his shoulders don't even faze him - he just smiles gently at her, naturally, like it was normal for this to happen. Though this clearly isn't the Daisy he remembers, and somewhere in the back of his head, her words ping him.] ... Too much of something, huh?
... Well, you seem a little too worried right now... but maybe you'll feel better when we find the other girls! I'm sure they'll be glad to see you when we do.
[This is the first time Robert's confidence has ever worked for anything. It's almost frightening. He's almost overcompensating a little, for Daisy's sake, though most of this is genuine ease in a social situation.]
Yes, I've met Valvalis, Ami and Charlotte before. Granted, I only talked to Valvalis and Charlotte once each, but it still counts, right?
... Still, I'd love to see 'em again. I'm sure we have lots to catch up on!
I'm sure we can! We'll just need to track 'em down. I have my journal on me, if you'd rather? [He offers it to her brightly, his expression open and earnest.]
My pleasure! I always like to be nice to you, Daisy. You deserve it! You've been so helpful to me.
[And, well, Robert needs to make up for treating her in what he now realizes was a decidedly-standoffish way at times. She's such a sweet and gentle girl (or at least, she apparently really can be)! Nothing to be afraid of.]
Anything else you need, Daisy? Like company? I can walk you wherever you want to go!

But what do you mean by "out of place", Daisy?

Then we can get you inside. Somewhere cozy!

You just call whoever you want, okay? Everything'll be just fine.
[Baking goods is even better when you're a soft squishy thing. Though this probably rules out the war zone training.]
