Right now, however, all he wants is to walk away from the problem. He knows better than to do such a thing, that he should turn back and offer each person an apology, and more. It's precisely for this reason that he stops in the middle of a path near the village's edge. When he turns around to seek said persons out, part of the search is cut short when he spots a familiar figure. One he hadn't seen in a fair while, but one Alf knows he should talk to regardless.
So he calls from the distance, softly, as he walks on over.]

[He offers a wry smile. His default response is to say that he's fine, but given the situation and how Ginko, having gone through the same, would be able to tell that it's a half truth . . . ]
