[Paprika is hanging around by the sidelines, a bit tired out from everything, when she notices a rather familiar girl. A girl she met some months ago...wearing a costume to boot. Huh. She smiles a little and walks up cautiously, remembering how she was acting that night.]

If I knew this was going to be a costume event I would have dressed up with you.

[ It's all she can do to stare at Paprika like a deer in the headlights.

[She tilts her head at the response, but still smiles. Somehow it's a bit easy to see the girl isn't having as much fun as Catherine.]

[ ... shyly, she glances up, then immediately looks back down at her feet. There is a faint, embarrassed flush on her cheeks. ]

[Sup sup, just a little girl wandering with an armful of flowers; it's always nice to lend a helping hand, right? Gotta' make it pretty for the celebrating! Granted, she can't entirely see everyone in front of her, despite her efforts, so she may just happen to literally bump into someone.]

She looks over the flowers, a little sheepish at not watching where she was walking; prooobably carrying too many of these. She doesn't give her much room to apologize with such a question!]

U-um! I'm taking these to papa's res-der-aunt 'cause flowers look really pretty when you put them on the glasses on the tables...!

[Selphie saunters over to Bil and Molly cheerfully before staring at Bil curiously. He's even bluer than the year before.]

[One of the droids immediately steps out as if suspecting a hostile attack, but Bil holds up a hand and it backs off. He instead takes the charm and smiles.]

[Derek will be off to the side somewhere, watching the fireworks. He'll note Catherine and Molly pass by, and will give them a respectful bow of the head.]
