[Waking up in the home of her parents was nothing unusual, she had helped Ion home after the flower viewing the day before and decided to stay the evening. No, the unusual part were the panicked responses she heard over the journals when she opened it later on. Looks like the valley decided to fool them all with yet another shift.]

... Asbel? Is everyone all right? [She trusted her husband to get the children home safe, or find them if they were misplaced. But a mother can't help worrying sometimes.]

[Asbel had known Tear decided to spend the night at her parents' house after the flower viewing, so he wasn't concerned when he awoke to her absence in the house. But when he'd heard the panic over the journals, he became concerned as well. What if she wasn't at her parents'?

Hearing her voice on the journal is a relief to him.]

[Asbel was hard at work in the kitchen when Tear arrived. Breakfast did need to be made for the kids, after all, and he didn't want to force Tear to run home, especially when her parents and siblings should have been top priority. He could manage breakfast for the kids. He wasn't as good as she was, but at least his meals were passable.

He was in the middle of cleaning up after breakfast when Tear came in the door, and well... she was a sight for sore eyes, for sure. Setting the sponge and pan down he was holding, he comes over to greet her.]

Luckily, I found myself in my brother's house, and Terra managed to contact most of the children. But we've yet to find some of our belongings, and a few have still not answered our call.
