New... Hm, I don't think a whole lot has actually changed! Kain still sees Saleh as a very important ally in Luceti, and of course one of the few he'd count as even a friend. He still feels bad for any mean things he's ever done, but well... he tends to feel this way toward most of his friends. It's hazardous to befriend Kain hahaha.
