Toboe followed him into the kitchen. He was curious as to what was in the bag and was staring it down. He could smell it was food. "In about an hour. Would you walk with me there like you do with Atoli?" He asked this because he is afraid of the monsters, eventhough he won't admit it. He is excited for work, but he doesn't want to be alone while it is so creepy outside.
He stood really close to Haseo, almost too close. "Um...Yesterday, you said you wanted to talk to me?" His face looked innocent, he really had no idea how much he bothered Haseo. The bangles on his wrist jingled as he placed his hand gently on Haseo's arm.
Toboe's heart sank a little when he first heard Haseo yell. He was a little too startled to say something right away. He followed Haseo out of the kitchen hesitantly. He wasn't sure if Haseo was trying to get away from him, but he didn't understand why Haseo snapped at him all of a sudden.
Toboe's eyes started to tear up a little, he had never been scolded quite so harshly. "I wasn't hitting on her..." This was somewhat a lie. If it wasn't for Haseo he would really be hitting on her. "She's just..." She reminds him Leara, "I'm sorry." Toboe looked away, trying hard not to cry. "I want to help protect her."
