no "not as awkward" does not mean good. it still means slightly awkward, with maybe a hint of good. i think the awkward came in when he thanked me for my new year's call in front of his dad when i couldn't shrug it off and be like "ohh right drunk dialing." but whatever, freshman, freshman, freshman. ahh i am such a bitch.
