Having left Aladdin at the door, Kefka had walked into the infirmary and simply sat down on one of the beds, not bothing to inform anyone - if such people were even there - of his presance. And so he lay, thinking over his last encouter with the Shell, his mind running over and over the ending of their private meeting, with that odd behavior that Kefka fell into around him.
