There are always moments of disorientation when one wakes up from a near-catatonic sleep. The only thing that matters in that time is the solid thing beneath the body and the fragmented images slowly being overridden by pain. Pain brought things into focus, like the images that were just light playing across his eyelids

He'd done his own searches, even utilizing the castle's secret passages in case she'd somehow stumbled upon them. Still, nothing. She was gonePerhaps Riku had come to find her, he'd eventually decided. He could only worry over it for so long and there wasn't much he could do. Running around to other worlds in search of her would hardly make sense. Trying to contact her through journals was a possibility, and he made a note to leave a message for her, despite the fact that he didn't believe he'd ever given her his username. Maybe she'd find the entry anyway ( ... )

Bakura tilted his head, brow furrowing slightly. "...Castle?" He hadn't reacted to the word, and when he said it it definitely sounded foreign on his tongue.

Hey, the castle. This guy had access to the castle. Wasn’t this convenient. Here he was trying to find someway to get to talk to the people in charge, and someone with access to the place happened to wander right up. “If he’s not gonna take you up on that offer, could I go to the castle? I need to speak with someone in charge because I don’t think I’m in the right place.” He took another look at the gummi ship, “Or the right continent..” The people in charge would know what he was supposed to do in theory.

Both of them were foreigners. So was he, in fact. He knew his way around, though, and had the proper connections. Turning to the more rational blond, he nodded. "Yeah, I could get you in there. And probably fill you in on one or two things. You'd be surprised by how normal this sort of thing is. People ending up in places that aren't their home, I mean." He smirked, but that soon fell away as he sighed.
Things weren't getting better.

"My world is gone, yes." He answered the blond. He didn't have to fake being upset about that, though not for the reasons the other two might assume.
The next part was a little harder, but he was getting there. He just had to do what the people here did.
"If your offer is still open, then you have my apologies." He pushed some of the hair out of his face and held onto the chair he'd been leaning against to help himself up. When the the inertia passed, he managed to balance quite easily on one leg the other only barely touching the ground.
"An explanation would be nice." He managed not to growl that. It wouldn't really be nice, but it would be a start.

’World is gone?’ Havoc gave the silver haired guy a weird expression. How could anyone’s world be gone? Must’ve been some sort of figurative term, he supposed.
They seemed to be heading for the castle now instead of hanging around. He’d offer Bakura a little help to get from point A to point B, but from what he had seen this guy didn’t seem the type to accept it. Havoc took a couple last mental snapshots of the scene and put his observations to rest.
An explanation would be nice. “I’ll second that.” he agreed.
