New books

Didn't participate in yuletide again this year. I'm still on the pinch hit list though, and the pinch hits are flooding in. XD; I've saved a few letters that interested me, but I'm still busy catching up on stuff. So, likely no writing on that front.

Got some new books last month. Finally some time to post pics~

Welcome! I've really been enjoying Sunken Moon lately, and season 2 is just starting to be published. If you have anything you're wondering about, feel free to ask. The thing with KSM is that there are a lot of secrets and hidden facets to each character. I felt the series was more character driven than plot driven. If you learn about each character's identity, it might make reading it less fun. So, how much you want to know is up to you~

Uuuu I still want to know everythinggggg >:3c (resolution from waiting for 2 years). But for now the most I want to know are, who is Yue Tue? And why did Fan Tong forgot about his past and how he died? Is he going to be powerful in the end? Ahhh I want to know them all and read the book(I even bought the novel volumes despite not knowing how to read Chinese AT ALL I dont know how many times I cry over this. Can you see how much I love this novel--) I envy you so much /cries

Wow, you're a dedicated fan. :3 I sometimes buy things I can't read too, for collecting, but I find that I still like buying things I can read a lot more. XD

If you really want to know...!

Yue Tui's identity (you won't find out until... I think, v5 or v6. I don't quite remember the exact volume)

[Spoiler (click to open)]He used to be a resident native to this world until he was killed and brought back to this same world by Sunken Moon. He's actually the emperor of the western city who has always had his eyes blindfolded, the very person that's written about in textbooks and is said to have killed tons of people in that battle several years ago.

Fan Tong

[Spoiler (click to open)]Fan Tong isn't actually dead. Sunken Moon has been acting up and attracting people that aren't dead to this world. When Fan Tong first arrived in the tunnel, he met Hui Shi, who was on the verge of dying. Hui Shi quickly entrusts his memories to Fan Tong, so his consciousness lives inside Fan Tong. It turns out that his soul is actually in Fan Tong as well and not just his memories. Fan Tong doesn't have ... )

I have a question regarding the legend of sun knight novels. I recently ordered the simpliefied version. Is there any great difference to the version you showed?

Does it have the J.U. covers? From what I know, there was a simplified version that was released when she first finished the art for all the covers. All 8 volumes were published at the same time. At the time, she didn't draw the insert art yet, since she did those as each volume was released in traditional Chinese. Your books might not have any insert art, unless they released another version in simplified after each volume was published. I'm not sure what exactly your books will look like, but there's a large possibility there's no insert art.
