I'm pretty sure his tribe doesn't lose +Anima when they "grow up" and are "safe" - in fact, I think I remember it stating explicitly somewhere near the end that he would be able to keep his. Makes sense since his father had his still. I think people his tribe, unlike other people, don't *usually* acquire +Anima by being under duress (or at least, that's not the only way)?
And I somehow always forget to check fanfiction for manga that I read, even though I tend to read more than I watch anime lol. Thanks for the reminder!

Yes, it seems like that's the way things work, that his tribe doesn't lose their +Anima. I find that pretty fascinating, since it seems like for others, people generally lose them when they become adults or when they have no more use for their +Anima. I wonder what makes it so that Senri's tribe is able to keep their +Anima... I suppose it's part of their culture and identity? Hm~.
It's one of the first things I do... checking for fanfic after I get into a series! I suppose I just feel I need more of the series most of the time. XD;
