Lubricus 2020 is now Lubricus 2021!
At the start of this year, the Con Com had nothing but high hopes for an exciting and fun filled weekend of slashy goodness. We were all eagerly anticipating reuniting with old friends and making new ones in Portland this October.
However, in light of current circumstances, the Con Com has decided to postpone Lubricus: The Reunion until 2021. We’ve made this decision with a heavy heart primarily because we want all Lubricus attendees to feel and be safe at our events. In addition, we also acknowledge that attending fan conventions might be an expense that becomes lower priority during times of financial stress. Due to these and other reasons, we didn’t think October 2020 was the right time for a Lubricus Reunion.
Despite this disappointment, the Con Com has been busy making arrangements for 2021. We are pleased to announce that Lubricus: The Reunion will be held October 21-24, 2021 at the Crowne Plaza in Portland! Because the original Lubricus was held in 2011, this means next year’s con will officially be our 10 year reunion.
