Online Registration For Lubricus: Coming Again is Now Closed!
Online Registration is closed, but you can still register at the door on the day of the con.

- Your name (whatever you go by in fandom)
- An email address where you can be contacted
DETAILED REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
Age limit: You must be 18 by August 16, 2012 in order to register for Lubricus.
Registration fee: $125 US until February 16, 2012. The registration fee will increase to $140 US starting February 17, 2012. Registration is payable by Paypal (preferred), check, or money order. Your registration includes admission to all Lubricus programming events, the Blue Ball, and the Morning After Breakfast, and drink tickets for the Blue Ball.
Registering for others: You may register for yourself and/or ONE OTHER PERSON. We hope this will accommodate anyone who cannot be online to register at that time. If someone else registers for you, they will need to provide us with the information below, and we will require that you send us an age statement in response to our confirmation email.
Again, you may ONLY register for:
- yourself;
- yourself and ONE OTHER PERSON; or
- ONE OTHER PERSON only
To register: When the registration post goes live, the first 120 people to comment will be registered, pending payment. Your comment should include:
- Your badge name (whatever you go by in fandom)
- An email address where you can be contacted
After the first 120 people have commented, additional commenters will be placed on the waiting list.
We will contact you via email and request the following information:
- Your legal name*
- Your badge name (EXACTLY as you want it to appear on your badge)
- An age statement
- The method of payment you will use (Paypal, check, or money order)
Once you respond to this email, you will receive a confirmation email that you are registered, pending payment, and payment instructions. You will have one month from the time of this email to send your payment. If we do not receive payment from you by the deadline, your registration will be canceled and your spot will be offered to the next person on the waiting list.
Once we receive your payment, you will receive a final confirmation email that you are officially registered for Lubricus 2!
*You are not obligated to use your legal name as your badge name. Any information provided by you to BF4F will be considered private and personal information except for your badge name. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.
Cancellation Policy: Registrations may be canceled any time before June 15, 2012 by contacting Registration@BF4F.org. In the event of a proper cancellation before June 15, 2012, BF4F will provide the canceling registrant with a refund of 95% of the registration fee (5% to cover transaction fees). The canceling registrant’s spot will then be offered to the next person on the waiting list. Cancellations will not be accepted after June 15, 2012 and no refunds after June 15, 2012 will be issued. Please see the Attendance and Cancellation Policy for further details.
Waiting List: If more than 120 people comment on the registration post expressing interest in attending Lubricus, we will create a waiting list. If you are placed on the waiting list, you will receive an email letting you know what number you are on the list. If at any time you wish to be removed from the waiting list, you can email us at Registration@BF4F.org to do so, or simply reply to the confirmation email you were sent.
Payment information: Paypal is the preferred method of payment, but checks and money orders (in US dollars) will also be accepted. You will be emailed instructions for how to send your payment according to the method you tell us you would like to use in your reply to the confirmation email.
