That's probably one of the best things you could ever do for yourself. I'm proud of ya :D

I am so impressed with people who can quit smoking. I haven't started b/c I fear I might not quit! Although the recent 'ashtray mouth' ads should gross out anyone/everyone. The kid laps up the cat spit-up? Nasty!
